DOES YOUR COMPANY MATCH GIFTS?

When making your gift to the Swallow Education Foundation, please check first to see if your employer has a corporate matching gift program. Matching gift programs encourage the companies employees to support charitable causes and can include the employer matching donations or volunteer time dollar for dollar – and sometimes by much more!

If so, you could double the impact your donations have at the Swallow Education Foundation. Ask your employer about your company’s policy concerning matching gifts. Taking this simple step can make a big difference in the lives of students at the Swallow School District through the funding that SEF can provide.

The process for submitting a matching gift claim differs from company to company. Here are some steps to get started:

Step 1: Donate to the  Swallow Education Foundation

Step 2: See if your employer will match your donation. Contact your Human Resources or Corporate Giving Department!

Step 3: Submit a matching gift request based on your employer’s instructions. Once we verify your donation, your company will issue their matched gift.

Some require a completed paper form and others have an online system. If your company does provide a matching gift claim form, please complete it and submit it by mail to:
